Client, located in Carrollton, is looking for a Project Billing Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. They are also open to pure contract. This role is 100% in office.
Keys:
- Work with project managers
- Must have experience working with lien wavers and non-payments
- Filing liens with the help of a 3rd party
- Submitting and filing draws
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Experience with AIA/ G702 an G703 documents
Experience with Procore, GC Pay, Jonas and Textura - Personality is key - someone who can be a culture add - has fun and gets things done!
